That's what careless words do. They make people love you a little less. - Arundhati Roy, The God of Small Things.
It is often said that silence is the best speech ever. If there is anybody who has a firm faith in silence, it is the author of this blog.
There's something enigmatic about silence. On some days silence signifies peace of mind and sagacity while on the other hand, it sometimes carries the weight of mute beseeching pleas that are unstated to save our loved one from the pain that the truth may cause. Some days, the silence is all about contentment and on the flip side, it may sometimes be laden with regret of not saying the right words to the right person at the right time.
It is the mystery associated with silence that ensnares me and make me delve into the story behind it.
This blog is a compilation of words that should have been said but were not. It is not a work of fiction and is based on my experiences and interactions with people, observation of their behaviour, meaningful conversations with my friends and is fundamentally inspired from my dealings with people.
